GRID Referral program was devised to partner with stakeholders and other essential members within communities.
Meet GRID Associate-Ms. Margaret Coaxum
Margaret is a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, a Proverbs 31 woman, and an active member within her community. She is passionate about assisting others live their best lives. Margaret ascribes to GRID's Holistic Living mission and loves working with families, senior citizens, and anyone who desires to grow. Margaret is much loved by families and friends, and has earned the respect of members within her community.
How Do GRID Associates Get Paid?
GRID Associates get paid by commission.
What are the responsibilities of the GRID Associate?
- Assist the GRID team with recruitment, marketing and promotions for a virtual or in person community initiative.
- Identify community partners.
- Identify and refer individuals who desire to improve their health and overall lifestyle.
- 1x per week organize a walk and greet with GRID participants in person. Thus, a total of 4 GRID walk and greet within their neighborhood, counties, and cities that are in proximity.
- Refer another GRID Associate. At the successful end of the program, the referring GRID Associate is awarded an extra 5%.
- Encourage members of the community to take advantage of GRID's free 1x 30-minute virtual sessions.
