What is the GRID Referral Program?

GRID Referral program was devised to train interested members of the community on how to manage a community initiative.

How Do GRID Associates Get Paid? 

GRID Associates get paid by commission.

What are the responsibilities of the GRID Associate?

  1. Bringing together a team of 15 participants for the GRID Group program.
  2. Identify individuals who desire to improve their health and overall lifestyle.
  3. Ensure participants sign the accountability statements and made payment prior to the start of program. 
  4. 1x per week, the GRID Associate will organize a walk and greet with GRID participants in person. Thus, a total of 4 GRID walk and greet within their neighborhood or counties and cities that are in proximity. 
  5. Refer another GRID Associate. When the Associates coordinates, their first paid program. At the successful end of the program, the referring GRID Associate is awarded an extra 5%.

When?

Minimum every four weeks but, if possible, can coordinate a few GRID 4-week programs within 1 month contingent on the GRID's coach availability in the month.
