GRID's four-45-minute zoom holistic health session is designed to pick up where your primary care provider stopped. This 4-week program is customized based on every client's unique needs. The program consists of:

The GRID Reset Method (4 Weeks)

A structured, faith-rooted, research-backed 4-week protocol designed to correct years of abusing your temple, build emotional resilience, and incorporate a more disciplined daily holistic approach to living.

The 4-Week Breakdown 

Week 1: Assessment, Detox &/or Building Awareness of the Enemy

Focus: Alter Years of Negative Habits or Triggers + reset baseline-SQ+EQ+PQ

What you’ll do:

  • Eliminate key trigger people, foods, and situations
  • Begin hydration + mineral support protocol
  • Track symptoms and energy patterns

You’ll start to feel lighter spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Become cognizant of how your body responds.

Week 2: Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical Repair & Nourishment/Sustenance

Focus: Restoration and Rejuvenation + introduce alkaline, healing foods

Now that your system is cleared, we begin rebuilding with targeted nutrition and adopting healthy habits.

What you’ll do:

  • Introduce healthy practices and foods
  • Follow a structured daily rhythm
  • Learn to Advocate for self-promoting self-love

Improved Awareness that you matter, confident in advocating for self and reduce discomfort, and more create stable and calm environment.

Week 3: Optimization & Energy

Focus: Understand Your Role + strengthen emotional resilience + increase vitality

Your SQ + EQ + PQ man is now ready to operate more efficiently. This week focuses on optimizing internal systems and increasing energy output.

What you’ll do:

  • Refine your nutrition plan
  • Introduce Biblical precepts to support daily practices
  • Stabilize emotions

Result:
More vibrant, consistent energy, clearer thinking.

Week 4: Integration & Lifestyle

Focus: Make it sustainable + long-term

This week ensures you don’t fall back into old patterns. You’ll build a lifestyle that supports continued healing.

What you’ll do:

  • Create your personalized long-term plan
  • Identify your non-negotiables
  • Build a weekly rhythm you can maintain

Confidence, clarity, and a system you can follow for life.
