Let's break down the impact of Ultra-Processed Seed Oils (aka Vegetable Oils) and how they fuel the fire of inflammation.
The Culprit: Industrial Seed Oils (The "Hateful Eight")
WHO: Who is affected by this?
Almost everyone consuming a standard modern diet. If you eat out at restaurants, consume "heart-healthy" spreads, or buy packaged snacks (chips, crackers, even "healthy" granola bars), you are likely consuming these oils.
